ABOUT THE KRIPA CLINIC

The Kripa clinic is the brain child of Dr. Mallika Samuel. The clinic was started in the year 1997. Here antenatal and gynec patients are seen in a homely ambience. They are put to ease here and do not feel threatened by the overwhelming experience of walking into a crowded and busy hospital. Up to date methodology of treatment is followed and state of the art solutions are given, be they medical or surgical with affiliation with leading corporate Hospitals.

ABOUT DR. MALLIKA SAMUEL
Dr. Mallika Samuel, is a well known obstetrician and gynecologist in the city of Chennai. She has about 27 years experience in this field. After having completed her high school in Georgetown visitation, in Washington D.C., USA, she pursued her medical studies in the esteemed Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore. Here she learned to approach patients with compassion, treating not just the ailment but the whole person and often being led into family counseling. She did her Postgraduate studies from The Trinity College and the Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, Ireland. Also, while in Dublin, she did her training in Ultrasound in O&G. In 2005, she did her training in gynec endoscopy at Wadia Hospital , Mumbai.
Dr. Mallika Samuel practices in some of the leading hospitals in the city. Her areas of interest are high risk obstetrics, infertility and gynec endoscopy. Because of her interest in research, she is associated with the Research and Innovations department of the Apollo Hospitals. Recently, she carried out a pilot study as lead investigator, on the Efficacy of the Mobile ODT, a visual enhancement screening for cervical cancer, in the Indian population.
